What happens in the Total Mind and Body Breakthrough session?

During this 30 min phone call, I’ll walk you through the proven process to:

  1. Uncover what’s been stopping you, slowing you down, or keeping you from having the health and body you desire

  2. Develop a powerful vision for what you want your health to look like

  3. Get crystal clear on a  step-by-step plan on how to achieve your health goals in 90 days or less

Do you need to ask a doctor before working with a health coach?

If you have any current health conditions or have had any significant weight loss/gain changes, or any significant changes in mood and behavior, it is important to contact your doctor prior to working with any other healthcare professional.

How long have you been doing what you do and how did you get started?

I have always had a passion for health and wellness and helping others. I began my career as a Physical Therapist Assistant, helping injured patients return to function. As rewarding as this job is, I knew there was more for me to give to others. The year 2020 rolled around with a lot of unexpected occurrences, i.e. COVID-19 and my mentality began to shift. Instead of fully collapsing with the world, I decided to CHOOSE the path to focus on myself and creating more presence in my life.

This is where I fell into the hidden and amazing world of Life and Health Coaching. My life completely transformed as I embarked and became certified year after year in 3 different Life Coaching Certification programs. You can never stop benefiting from this incredible work of personal development!

Learning and implementing powerful Life Coaching tools helped me to manage my own challenges and obstacles in my health and other areas of my life. Now I have the opportunity and tools to help other women struggling with similar challenges and mental health. This work has been truly life-changing for me and my clients, and it motivates me to keep pushing forward to continue to make a positive change in this world!

What kinds of clients do you work with?

I work with women who are struggling with weight loss, self-confidence, and who feel unfulfilled in their life by helping them identify what is the root of their problem stopping them from achieving their goals! I am here every step of the way to help create new habits and make these changes last for the ultimate transformation.

How are you different from other Health Coaches?

Most health coaches give you a list of which foods or exercise programs you should do. If this was an easy and sustainable method it would have worked already, no? So first of all, my coaching is about getting to the ROOT of the problem. So that means my clients have to be open to witnessing their thoughts and beliefs that have been keeping them stuck. I hold optimal judgement free space for my clients so they feel comfortable and confident with anything and all that comes up from them. Every session provides unique opportunities for the client to get the most of our time. I follow that work with step-by-step guidelines and exercises to create healthy habits.

What type of personality do you work best with and what is expected of me?

I work BEST with women who are truly motivated to reach their goals and are willing to try new ways out of their comfort zone to help create habit change. Consider what you’ll do with me to be a transformational experience where you’re consistently taking action. No more worrying that you’ll never find something that works for you; you’ll open up to a very different way of thinking and full support while you achieve this incredibly exciting goal!

Who does this program NOT work for?

  • I am always willing to work with those who WANT change for themselves, however, I require full commitment and willingness to try new things.

  • This program is NOT for those who aren’t ready to commit to their transformation, and it who just want a list of “eat this, not that.”

  • This program isn’t for you if you’re looking for a strict meal plan to follow.

  • You aren’t ready to commit to the mindset work necessary to reach your goals. 

Does this really work?

Yes! The result of our work is an approach to food, body and mind that has you feeling at ease, powerful on purpose, and be fully present in your life!
